Guy Napier is a qualified surveyor with over 36 years experience in the industry; he was previously a Senior Proprietary Partner of Knight Frank. Guy’s particular skills include all aspects of development including site procurement, appraisal, funding, construction management and marketing.

Tony is a Chartered Surveyor of 30 years and was the ex director of Dawnay Day, where he was an activist investor. His skills are principally hands on active asset management and development including large hotels, warehousing, offices and high quality residential.
